1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The plaintiffs' assertion

A. (i) On November 2008, the Plaintiff became aware of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants, as well as the representative director and professor of the Incorporated Foundation E, and as to Defendant B, who is called B, as B, as B’s assistant director and professor of the Incorporated Foundation E.

B. At that time, Defendant B explained to the Plaintiff that “Korea Foundation is a corporation registered with the Ministry of Health and Welfare (Article 97 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s permission), which is legally replaced by F, and issued a certificate of specialized bedclothes based on the Framework Act on Qualifications.”

However, the foundation E was registered in the Ministry of Health and Welfare on May 25, 2001, but the establishment of the foundation was revoked on May 25, 2001, the alternative medical education was not registered in the Office of Education, and the certificate of qualification for bedclothes was also illegal.

In addition, Defendant B was not a B’s B’s B’s doctoral degree and pastor in the college of the same medicine.

Nevertheless, Defendant B deceivings the Plaintiff as above and obtained tuition fees from the Plaintiff.

On May 30, 2011, the Plaintiff: (a) organized a council for countermeasures against damage and investigated the foundation; (b) informed the victim of this fact through Internet car page, etc.; (c) Defendant B accused the Plaintiff’s behavior as defamation; and (d) attacked the Plaintiff and threatened the Plaintiff with mutual attack on July 6, 201, at the special meeting for the establishment of a new association.

Defendant B, while conducting education on knowledge on April 27, 201, announced the Plaintiff, etc. that “When obtaining the certification qualification from the World Health and Welfare Foundation, which is an international law of the United States of America, and completing the supplementary training course of the G Union, Defendant B issued to the competent public health clinic a report on the establishment of a bedclothes clinic and registered its business at the tax office.” On July 6, 201, Defendant B announced that it will establish a bed clinic.

(v) Defendant C is the spouse of Defendant B, who works as the president of the FC under the control of the Incorporated Foundation E.

Defendant C shall register the above education center as a lifelong educational establishment.
