Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face, clothes, and arms at the right drinking of the victim on the ground that: (a) the Defendant’s home located in Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Kim Jong-gun, sought a receipt for the Defendant’s repayment of KRW 3 million in borrowed money; and (b) the Defendant’s provisional attachment of the victim’s home is followed by the reasons for the provisional attachment of the victim’s house; and (c) the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I would know the victim’s home. I would like to see the victim’s face, chest, and arms at the right drinking.”

2. On May 23, 2015, at around 15:30 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that “the victim, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1; (b) sought the back of the Defendant’s house and demanded a receipt of the said house; and (c) stated that “the victim, at the time of a provisional attachment, she would dump the victim’s body with plastics in that place; and (d) laid down the victim’s right hand over two weeks of the victim’s right hand over to the victim; and (c) inflicted injury on the victim, such as a mouth flas, etc., located near the right-hand part of the victim, for which the victim’s four-day medical treatment is required.”
