[criminal history] On April 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the official support of the Daejeon District Court on April 28, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 9, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant was driving a CKan Corpon without obtaining a driver’s license of approximately 23 km from 09:20 on April 13, 2017, to 2nd apartment of the 16th rith-ro, Pyeong-ro, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Han-si.

2. On July 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of four million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the official support of the Daejeon District Court on July 19, 2012, and on January 4, 2013, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking, such as a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment with labor for the same offense, etc. at least twice.

Nevertheless, on April 13, 2017, at around 13:56, the Defendant driven approximately 2m-meter a carn knife while under the influence of alcohol 0.054% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license for the second apartment knife located in 16-ro, a Sejong apartment knife.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act from around April 2014 to his/her spouse while residing in B room room 203 in the Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, around March 9, 2017, filed a move-in report on resident registration with the purport that he/she had transferred his/her resident registration official to “Yyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Ma.”

Ultimately, the Defendant reported false facts on the resident registration.
