Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of tourist hotel B in Jeju E.

A person who intends to develop and utilize groundwater, spring water, etc. shall obtain permission from the Governor, as prescribed by Provincial Ordinance, and the same shall apply where he/she intends to extend the term of validity of permission for the development and utilization of groundwater, spring water, etc. among those who have obtained permission

Nevertheless, from September 201 to August 2015, the Defendant used groundwater without permission from the above place operated by the Defendant for a total of 1,353 cubic meters from September 201 to August 2015, even though the monthly volume of groundwater intake was 3,270 cubic meters, and in excess of this, the Defendant used groundwater without permission from the total of 1,353 cubic meters as indicated

2. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of accommodation business, domestic and foreign travel business, restaurant business, etc.

The defendant, who is the representative director, committed such a violation as above with respect to the defendant's business at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
