Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2020, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven the E 3-car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of approximately 0.146% from the 100-meter section to the front road of the Datel in the Gyeonggi-si.
