1. The defendant shall pay 60 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 15, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

On November 28, 2007, the Plaintiff filed an application for a payment order with the Defendant, and on which November 28, 2007, the Changwon District Court Jinwon Branch (2007Da3977), “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 75 million won and interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of complete payment.”

After December 14, 2007, the defendant repaid the principal amount of KRW 15 million.

The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant to discontinue the statute of limitations upon expiration of the statute of limitations.
