Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2013, the Defendants’ co-principal intented to purchase the stolen or lost mobile phone from E selling the stolen or lost mobile phone at the mobile phone sales store, and Defendant B agreed to contact E with the Defendants, and Defendant A agreed to purchase the E and stolen mobile phone by informing E of the unit price for each company and each type of device and device at the high-speed-si, the next day. Defendant A notified E of the unit price for each mobile phone and to inform her of the unit price. Seoul and Gyeonggi-do’s stolen mobile phone will be dealt with.”

B On September 19, 2013, the contact was received to sell the lost mobile phone from E, and around 00:00, the Defendants purchased 97 mobile phones, which were stolen or lost, by paying 1,3240,000 won in total from the time to October 19, 2013, as shown in the attached Table (crime List) including the purchase of 3.20,000 won mobile phones from E in the vicinity of the above New World Department Store, and around 02:0 on the same day, the Defendants purchased 97 mobile phones, which were stolen or lost, by paying 1,324,00 won in total, from October 19, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to acquire stolen goods from E.

2. On October 20, 2013, Defendant A acquired stolens after purchasing KRW 18,00,000, even though he/she knew of the loss of 18 mobile phones, including Samsung Galthalian 2 mobile phones, which he/she sold, from a mobile phone dealer in front of the Dogalian road, from the Dogian government-si.
