No one shall spread advertisements, etc. at public places without permission.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

(a) around September 20, 2017: (a) around 22:24, 50 ppuris for 50 advertisements, stating that it is “influences, women’s exclusive clubs,” on several occasions in front of the C main points located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City;

B. On October 23, 2017, around 20:20:23, in the street before the D store located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the term “for example, women’s exclusive clubs, and E work.”

It spreads various types of advertising materials described as ‘'.
