Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is between September 2015 and October 2016 to D, who is his/her father and wife, from around September 2015 to around October 2016.

However, since the defendant did not lend KRW 200 million to E, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the money even if he borrowed the money from the injured party.
On February 12, 2016, the defendant deceivings the victim as such, and under the pretext of borrowing money from the victim, the amount of KRW 30 million from the Saemaul Treasury account (Account NumberF) in the name of the defendant, and the same year.
