Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cultivate plants used as raw materials for narcotics without approval from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, or possess or possess raw materials, seeds, or seedlings containing their component.

Nevertheless, on May 4, 2016, the Defendant cultivated the 252 Posium, which is the plant used as a raw material for narcotics, in the vegetable garden in the defendant's residence in Ycheon-si C, without the approval of the Minister of Food and Drug Safety.
