A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 22, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 08:50 on August 22, 2016, driven C EX car within a section of approximately one kilometer from around the apartment of Pyeongtaek-si to the shooting distance before the police box.
