1. The Defendant’s KRW 69,600,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from June 10, 2017 to June 22, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an autonomous management organization that is organized for the management of the A apartment complex in Yongsan-si (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

B. On August 10, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the rupture repair and reconstruction of the instant apartment (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

The main contents of the instant construction contract are as follows.

The actual construction cost: The actual construction period of KRW 515,900,000 (including value-added tax): The actual construction cost of August 16, 2016 to November 15, 2016: The actual construction cost of KRW 515,90,00: The actual construction cost of KRW 515:

1. To supervise and attend the general public in the execution of works;

2. To be present in the inspection or examination of the materials and construction works of the Corporation;

3. To be present at the inspection of completed portion of a project, inspection of completion, or delivery of objects of a project;

4. Other matters pertaining to construction supervision entrusted by the defendant. (2) When the defendant appoints the construction supervisor pursuant to paragraph (1), he shall immediately notify the plaintiff of such fact.

(3) When the Plaintiff acknowledges that the matters supervised or instructed by the construction supervisor are unjust, he/she may request the Defendant to take necessary measures, specifying the grounds therefor.

Article 13 (Suspension of Work) The following conditions shall be suspended:

1) Article 16 (Conditions for Payment of Construction Price) (1) when temperature is damped on the surface when temperature is at least 80%, 2) when temperature is at least 80%, 3) when damps on the surface; 154,770,00 won (after preparation of a contract and submission of a document for performance of a contract). (2) Part payment (20%): 103,180,000 won (20%) (3) part payment (20%): 103,180,000 won (80%) (80%) (3): 103,180,000 won (80%) (30%) balance (30%) (154,770,000 won): 154,770,000 won (10 months after completion of a contract) and approval (17 (Completion and approval).
