Punishment of the crime

At the time, the Defendant was a representative director of B Co., Ltd., and was an employer who conducts tank manufacturing business using one worker within D located in Chungcheongnam-gun.

The Defendant shall work at the same work site from October 28, 2013 to January 29, 2014.

E’s wages, 412,903 won, 3,200,00 won, 3,200,000 won, 3,200,000 won for December, 2014, and 2,993,548 won for January, 2014, were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
