Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall reclaim or incinerate wastes in any place other than a waste disposal facility permitted, approved, or reported.

Nevertheless, on June 2013, the Defendant buried 20 tons of waste concrete and waste bricks, which are industrial wastes, in Musan-si, Busan.
