A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Criminal facts

On December 22, 2016, the Daegu High Court sentenced the defendant and the person requesting probation order (hereinafter referred to as "defendant") to two years of imprisonment for indecent acts by compulsion, etc., and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on July 2, 2018.

1. Injury;

A.
