Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2013, the Defendant, around 11:30, posted the same attitude that the Defendant would not have any intention or ability to pay the fare even if he gets on a taxi, and was boarding a D business taxi operated by the victim C (the age of 36).

As above, the Defendant did not pay 250,000 won to the above taxi from the place to the Yandong-gu in Yandong-gu in Gyeonggi-do, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the amount of money.
