Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and by a fine of ten million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (non-medical service providers) is a person who has no license as a herb doctor;

A. From August 2012 to October 2013, the Defendant engaged in the business of oriental medicine for profit-making purposes, such as plastic houses where the addresses of Gyeongbuk-gun (D) and the address of Gyeongbuk-gun (D) cannot be known, in which the Defendant installed three medical beds, and one local pressure beds, and leaving the said places, such as cancer patients E, by receiving KRW 50,000 to KRW 10,000 per time from patients who find out the said places, such as cancer patients E.

B. From May 2014 to March 2016, the Defendant engaged in the business of oriental medicine for profit, such as setting up 6 plastic houses, medical beds, and leaving 50,000 to 10,000 won per time from patients suffering from G (H) and leaving her place.

2. Any person who intends to run a food manufacturing and processing business shall register with the competent authority.

However, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority from June 6, 2012 to December 5, 2013, equipped with the facilities, such as strings, vapors, and navigation cards, and sold to the persons manufacturing and processing foods, such as Cheongju, livers, decorations, salt, and yeast, and continuously selling such foods to those who found the place. From December 6, 2013 to March 21, 2016, the Defendant manufactured and processed foods, such as Cheongcheon-si’s emblem, etc., by manufacturing and processing such foods, and selling them to those who found the same, and then raising approximately KRW 120 million in total by selling them.
