A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2013, at around 13:45, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a B car at a distance of approximately one kilometer from around the (ju) new world A&C building located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the Gu road located in the Gu road located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to 994-1.
