Defendant Q is the chairperson of the BP branch, Party B is the site director of the BP branch, Party B is the head of the BP branch, Party B is the head of the BP branch, Party C is the secretary general of the BP branch, Party EP branch, and Party DW are the members of the BP branch, respectively.
