1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 909,720,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its related amount from February 12, 2019 to July 9, 2020.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company established on September 15, 201 for the purpose of real estate sales agency business, etc., and the Defendant is a regional housing association established to newly construct apartment houses and officetels (hereinafter “instant housing”) using the Daegu Dong-gu and 22 lots of land as the business site.

B. On August 6, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a sales agency service contract with the Defendant for the sales of the said apartment and officetel construction business (hereinafter “instant business”) (hereinafter “instant sales agency contract”) (hereinafter “instant sales agency contract”), and the main contents thereof are as follows:

1. Formulation and implementation of detailed plans for sales activities;

5. Management of policyholders and payment consideration for the sale price after concluding a contract;

6. Occasional and regular reports on plans for sales promotion activities and the results of activities conducted;

7. Project explanation sessions;

8. Sending Doms, TM activities, installation of placards, and activities of attaching advertisements;
