Punishment of the crime
The Defendant took place in TV program “B” on the ground that the victim C, who is a EV player, had talked about “no other players”.
1. 2014. 9. 17. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 9. 17. 10:44경 파주시 D에 있는 피고인의 집에서 컴퓨터를 이용하여, 인터넷 커뮤니티 사이트 ‘디시인사이드’의 격투 갤러리 게시판에 닉네임 ‘E’, “선수 운운하며 언플2년만에야 데뷔전 치른 년이”라는 제목으로 “그것도 기량 나이 컨디션 차이 확연한 떡밥 쳐묵하고 냠냠한 냔이 시발 누구더러 싸가지 없다고 ㅋㅋ 어이없네”라는 내용의 글을 여러 사람이 볼 수 있도록 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
2. 2014. 9. 17. 모욕 피고인은 2014. 9. 17. 13:03경, 전항의 장소에서 전항과 같은 인터넷 게시판에 닉네임 ‘E’, “내가 왜 시발 C을 쉴드쳐줘 ”라는 제목으로 “ㅋㅋㅋㅋ F G눈치를왜봐야함 C 시부랄년 ㅎㅎ”라는 내용의 글을 여러 사람이 볼 수 있도록 게시하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
