1. Defendant D shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 175,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 3, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who was deceased with Defendant D, and Defendant B and Defendant C are the parents of Defendant D.

The Plaintiff made a monetary transaction as follows, such as lending money to Defendant D, and receiving some amount of money, and Defendant D used the account in the name of Defendant B and Defendant C in the process.

4. Each 16.16. 10,000,000 won, April 29, 2012, KRW 7,000,000, and KRW 8,000,000 on May 15, 2012, and KRW 6,00,000 on May 22, 2012, respectively.

3) The Plaintiff transferred KRW 6,00,000 to Defendant D, KRW 6,00,00 on May 22, 2012, and KRW 3,000 on February 21, 2014, respectively. (c) Defendant D transferred KRW 1 to the Plaintiff from the account in the name of Defendant D, KRW 4,00,000 on August 16, 2012, KRW 6,000 on September 7, 2012, KRW 4,000,00 on September 19, 2012, and KRW 2,000,000 on November 28, 2013, respectively.

2 Defendant D from the account under Defendant C’s name to the Plaintiff, and from May 2, 2012 to the same year.

5. Each transfer of KRW 6,000,000, and KRW 5,000,000 on September 25, 2012, respectively.

3 Defendant D transferred KRW 70,00,000 to the Plaintiff, KRW 10,00 on December 14, 2012, KRW 10,00 on May 30, 2013, KRW 6,000,00 on July 7, 2013, KRW 1,210,00 on December 7, 2013, KRW 2,000 on December 15, 2013, and KRW 2,000,00 on December 23, 2013, KRW 31,80,000 on December 31, 2013, and KRW 1,00 on February 24, 2014, respectively.

On the other hand, Defendant D agreed with the Plaintiff and Defendant D, while Defendant D repaid the Plaintiff a total of KRW 250,000,000 to the Plaintiff on April 2014; KRW 5,000,000 to the end of April 2014; KRW 45,000,000 to the end of May 2014; and KRW 200,000 to the end of October 2014, respectively.
