1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 74,359,489 and KRW 33,450,349 among them, from May 23, 2016 to the day of full payment.

However, the creditor’s “the plaintiff,” and the debtor’s “the defendant,” respectively, shall be amended to “the defendant.”

2) Confession judgment (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act). The Defendant submitted only a formal written objection to the service of the original copy of the payment order and objection thereto, and did not submit a specific written answer even after receiving a recommendation for correction on June 27, 2016 by the court, and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
