Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of destroying property at the Cheongju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2017.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the influence that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to the decline in recognition function or symptoms of mental illness.

1. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a fire-fighting of general goods, around 07:00, in E-art parking lots operated by Cheongju-si, U.S., for the reason that the Defendant was a sudden fire in the E-art parking lots operated by Cheongju-si, U.S.; and (b) carried a part of a tent by attaching fire to tobacco rinks and cosmetics rinks, which were installed in the said parking lot using a one-time tool in which the Defendant was usual; and (c) carried a part of the tent by 250,000 won at the market price, which was installed in the said parking lot; and (d) discovered the above Maart F business proprietor.

Accordingly, the defendant set fire to others and destroyed the objects owned by others, thereby causing public danger.

2. 3. The present owner's building fire prevention defendant is residing in the house of approximately twenty-four square meters in J in substantial Cheongju-si, with his father K.
