Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On September 11, 1948, Defendant Republic of Korea (hereinafter “instant land”) is the Plaintiff’s land before the instant partition.

(2) On October 29, 1954, Defendant Republic of Korea acquired ownership on the ground of reversion of rights. (A) On October 29, 1954, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of co-ownership transfer on October 21, 1954 with respect to the share of 14.67/749.5 on the land before the instant partition. The above co-ownership was completed on October 23, 1965, U.S. on March 28, 1966, May 6, 196, V, 196, W on May 14, 197, X, Y, October 193, 23, 1993, and on February 7, 2005, DefendantO voluntarily acquired the share of co-ownership transfer registration on May 15, 1985, 197.
