A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Jeju District Court on September 23, 201 due to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on September 23, 201.

On March 12, 2013, at around 20:03, the Defendant: (a) from the new Jeju Office in Jeju Island 276-9, to the maritime horse located in the same city-to- Han forest-Eup, the Defendant: (b) obtained a driver’s license at approximately 30 KK section; (c) was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.162% without obtaining a driver’s license; and (d) driven a car.
