On July 25, 2015, at around 21:05, the Defendant expressed that “D” clothes of the victim C’s operation in Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, under the influence of alcohol and without any justifiable reason, two female customers “In the case of the victim’s and female customers” (hereinafter “D”) and interfered with the victim’s duties by abusing the victim’s 25 minutes, i.e., “S., so-called Hack, Hack, Hack, and Hack Hac, but it is even a police officer; however, it is difficult to gather the police officer, and the police officer should go back.”
