Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:45 on September 12, 2015, around 5, 2015, carried a riotous or disorderly speech or behavior in a riotous or disorderly manner; or (b) conveyed it to others without good cause under the influence of alcohol.
