1. 피고인은 2012. 9. 6. 10:35경 제주시 G에 있는 H 앞 좁은 골목길에서 피해자 I(여, 41세)이 운전하는 승용차가 천천히 진행하는 것을 보고 앞에서 걸어오면서 손으로 위 승용차의 빽미러를 고의로 ‘툭’ 쳐서 사고가 난 것처럼 가장한 후 이에 놀란 피해자에게 “딴데 가서 얘기하자”며 겁을 주었다.
