Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells household goods, such as change time losses, through the Internet, from a company called "C" in Gwangju City City B.

1. The Defendant violated the Design Protection Act from November 19, 2014 to December 30, 2014, the Defendant infringed the victim’s design right by selling the victim’s design right by selling in the Internet shopping mall G, pention, 11 times, G market, etc., the shape of variable sanitary loss in which the victim D had registered as F design to the Korean Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Korea as F, in the form of variable sanitary loss.

The Defendant violated the Trademark Act, at the time and place indicated in Paragraph 1, thereby infringing the victim’s trademark right by selling variable sanitary loss and loss caused by changing the name “J” that the victim registered with H Korean Intellectual Property Office as I, using the name “J” registered with H Korean Intellectual Property Office for the purpose of selling variable sanitary loss and loss caused by the victim’s design registration.
