[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive against Defendant A.

D On October 17, 2014, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud using computers, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on January 15, 2015, and was released on February 29, 2016 during the execution of the sentence on February 14, 2016 and the parole period expired on April 28, 2016.
