Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

On May 1, 2014, around 04:04, the Defendant assaulted the victim by putting the victim's face up to the floor while getting off from the Do new transport taxi of the victim C (year 54) driving at the Do new transport taxi of the victim C (age 54).
