A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 01:00 on July 5, 2015, the Defendant cut off a 1.50,000 won of the market price using two copies of the credit card bank (credit card number: D, E), one modern credit card security card, two points card of bank security, three points card, one resident registration certificate, one resident registration certificate of 4GB US head, etc., from the side of the public toilets of the 6th line in each area of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, 135, the victim under the influence of alcohol, which is owned by the victim C.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On July 5, 2015, at around 03:20, the Defendant continued to commit the crime of “I convenience store”, the Defendant offered sales slips to an employee who is unable to know his/her name while purchasing a small 2 disease in the amount equivalent to KRW 11,100 in the market value, a small 11,00 in the “I convenience store” operated by the victim K in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and a small 1,100 won in the market value, and a 1,000 capital book in the 1,000 won in the 1,000 capital book, and prepared sales slips by presenting a credit card (credit card number:D) that was stolen
C. On July 5, 2015, the Defendant continued to commit the “Lel” crime at the “Lel” operated by a victim with no knowledge of his/her name located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on July 5, 2015, by presenting a credit card (credit card number: D) with which he/she stolen by the aforementioned means, paid 60,000 won for accommodation, and obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by having been provided from his/her employee N with 201.
In this respect, the defendant over three times in total.
