1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the money ordered to pay below shall be revoked.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) concluded an entrustment contract with E apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) that is engaged in housing management, building management, human resources dispatch business, etc., and concluded the said entrustment contract with the council of occupants’ representatives on May 11, 2013, and entered into an annual employment contract with the Plaintiff as follows (hereinafter “instant employment contract”). The Plaintiff was on duty as security guards from May 11, 2013 to October 31, 2013, and from January 14, 2014 to August 15, 2015.

The actual amount of retirement allowance of 750,000 won (720,000 won per month of basic salary, 30,000 won per month of annual allowance) entered into on May 16, 2013 shall be paid after settling accounts at the time of his/her retirement for at least one year.

Work hours (including hours of recess) shall be from 07:00 to 07:00 a.m. on the following day, and night hours shall be from 09:00 to 06:00 a.m. on the following day (9 hours).

Provided, That the shift hours may be changed under a later shift-based agreement.

Meal hours are 12:00 to 01:00, P.M. 06:00 to 07:00.

24.As a day duty on a 24-hour basis, there is no separate holiday.

The contract term shall be 12 months from May 11, 2013 to May 11, 2014. It shall be notified as to whether the contract is renewed one month prior to the expiration of the contract.

The actual tax amount shall be 750,000 won (720,000 won per month of basic pay, 30,000 won per month of annual allowance) paid on January 7, 201, when a person has worked for at least one year and retires.

Work hours (including work hours) shall be from 07:00 to 07:00 a.m. on the following day, and the night work hours shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. on the following day (9 hours), and the day work hours shall be from 01:00 to 06:00 p.m. (5 hours).

Meal hours are 12:00 to 01:00, P.M. 06:00 to 07:00.

Holidays shall not be separated.

The term of contract shall be 7,20,000 won per 7,50,000 won per month of the wage of the labor contract concluded on January 19, 2015, from January 14 to January 13, 2015.
