A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing) is a person engaged in driving a Cbeta vehicle.

On May 31, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car on May 19:35, 2013, and moved the two-lane road from the front side to the administrative Ri of the same Eup in order to a level of about 70km from the offside to the same Eup. The Defendant changed the two-lane line to the two-lane of the above road.

At that time, the two-lanes of the victim D(the age of 31) is driving, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to properly manipulate the steering gear of the damaged vehicle and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded as it is, while being sleeped by Defendant’s driver’s vehicle operation, and was sleeped in front of the victim’s driver’s seat.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury, such as salt, tension, etc., of the bones of trees, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks, due to such occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped approximately 1.5 km from the roads front of the Hean Library located in the Donnam-Eup in Do in Gyeongsung-si, Sungsung-si, without taking measures such as aiding the victim.

On May 31, 2013, at around 19:35, the Defendant driven the said Cbeta vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the 3km section of approximately 0.293% of alcohol alcohol level (0.239% of the indictment appears to be a clerical error) from the 3km section of the 3km section, from the Haaccam camp site located in the 406-4 Doro-Eup in the native-Eup in the Republic of Korea to the front road of the Hashean Library Library located in the same Eup/Myeon.
