1. The defendant paid KRW 25,376,415 to the plaintiff as well as KRW 17% per annum from October 24, 2003 to April 15, 2005.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" and "debtor" shall be deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "Defendant". The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 25,405,515 with respect to the payment order for the receipt of the transfer money case from the Jung-gu District Court High Court 2005,2662 and the amount of KRW 17% per annum from October 24, 2003 to April 15, 2005 and the amount of 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
