Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C low-est car.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on May 21, 2014, while driving it at a speed of three-lanes from the distance of the industrial complex to the distance of the death of the industrial complex, the Defendant continued to drive the said car at a speed of not less than three-lanes in front of the “Ani-gu Ki-gu Ki-gu Ki-gu, Cheongju-si.”

At night, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing speed for those engaged in driving service, accurately operating the steering gear and brake system of the vehicle, and safely operating the vehicle in a safe manner.

As a result, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to an occupational negligence by causing the severe injury to the two parts caused by a traffic accident at the Cheongju-si Hospital located in 776, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was being treated for transmission at around 22:30 on May 1, 2014.
