1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
Reasons
The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment except that the deceased was used on No. 6-20 to No. 7-4 of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this part of the judgment is consistent with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. Furthermore, the plaintiffs neglected to prepare for emergency situations where the medical professionals of the defendant hospital could occur during the power generation of the deceased, and caused a decline in blood pressure, cryp, and salivation, and salmatization to the deceased in the first instance. However, the emergency medical technicians and nurses who took advantage of the first instance hospital did not use the deceased at an appropriate time and did not use the motive for the first instance hospital without using it. However, there is no evidence to support the above plaintiffs' assertion that the first instance hospital's first-aid and first-aid medical technicians did not use the deceased at an emergency time, and the first-aid and first-aid technicians were supplied to the deceased during the first-aid and first-aid treatment.
