Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:20 on October 28, 2012, the Defendant, along with B, got off the “D” in front of the “D,” located in Oragu-si, Oracheon-si, Oracheon-si, for the following reasons: (a) the victim E (22 years of age), the victim F (25 years of age), the victim G (26 years of age), etc.; (b) the Defendant got off the victim F’s face part at one time in his hand; (c) the Defendant continued to walk the victim E’s face part on one occasion with his hand; (d) continuously walked the victim E’s buck part on one occasion; (e) the victim G who was fighting was pushed up to the bottom; and (e) the said B f d f d d d d d d d d d d e.

As a result, the Defendant shared with the above B, each of the victim E, including damage to sins, etc. which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and the chest sinsium, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim F, and the victim G, requiring approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim G.
