A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 11, 2012, the Defendant, on the part of the Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon, concluded that “No money exists as a result of the loss of a check,” to the victim D, who was the host employer, even though he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay accommodation expenses, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of the said amount by failing to pay the victim KRW 40,000,000 for accommodation expenses on the part of the Plaintiff.”
