1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. As to one half of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 26, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with the Defendant on KRW 208,520,000 as to shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f), and (1) on November 26, 2014 as of the date of completion of the pre-sale agreement, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 20,000 to the Defendant on the same day.

B. On December 3, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-contract with the Defendant on December 3, 2012, 46/714 shares of KRW 970,00, KRW 72/600, KRW 1,520,000, KRW 27.5 shares of the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 4, KRW 1,520,000, KRW 50 out of the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 5, KRW 433 out of the attached Table No. 5, KRW 1,430,00, and KRW 50 out of the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 5, KRW 1,430,00. The date on which each pre-contract for purchase and sale was completed shall be December 3, 2014, and it shall be deemed that each pre-contract for sale and purchase has been completed as a matter of course without declaration of completion

On the same day, the Plaintiff paid all the above purchase price to the Defendant.

C. As to one half portion of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1(a) through (f), the Defendant completed the provisional registration of transfer of ownership (Scheon District Court Yangcheon District Court Yangcheon District Court Yang Branch Office No. 9405, Dec. 4, 2012) on the ground of the reservation to trade on November 26, 2012 in the Plaintiff’s future.

With respect to 46/714 of the real estate listed in attached Table 2, the defendant shall hold 46/714 of the real estate listed in attached Table 2 (Ycheon District Court Yangcheon District Court Yang-gu Office of Registry No. 9405, Dec. 4, 2012), 72/602 of the real estate listed in attached Table 3 (No. 9407, Dec. 4, 2012), 27.5 shares (No. 9408, Dec. 4, 2012), 50/163 of the real estate listed in attached Table 4 (No. 9409, Dec. 4, 2012), and 40/163 of the real estate listed in attached Table 5 (No. 9409, Dec. 4, 2012).
