Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On March 1, 1991, Non-Party B (hereinafter “the deceased”) who is the spouse of the Plaintiff, entered Non-Party D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Non-Party D”) and promoted to the regular business on January 201.
Since the Deceased’s first diagnosis at the Ethician medical department on June 27, 2012, the Deceased was conducted at the above hospital and Jeju University Hospital, and was committing suicide at around 16:42, on October 15, 2012.
B. On May 14, 2013, the Plaintiff asserted that the deceased’s death constitutes an occupational accident, and filed a claim for the payment of survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses to the Defendant. However, the Defendant rendered a decision on site pay to the Plaintiff on June 21, 2013 according to the result of the deliberation by the Seoul District Occupational Disease Determination Committee as follows.
(hereinafter “instant disposition”). - Considering the relevant work performance for a period of 20 years, it is difficult to recognize a proximate causal relationship between depression and work as it is difficult to find out that the relevant work performance had serious occupational stress during the outbreak period. Since the recent work performance or strength cannot be deemed to be a serious stress that is difficult to cope with, it is difficult to recognize a proximate causal relationship between the deceased’s death and his/her work.
C. The Plaintiff, who was dissatisfied with the instant disposition, filed a request for reexamination with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Reexamination Committee on September 16, 2013, but was dismissed on October 24, 2013.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion suffers heavy stress due to the increase in work burden due to the shortage of human resources in the Nonparty Company before and after the outbreak of depression, the occupancy of sirens, the fear of illegal notification and punishment, the renewal of the lease of a garage, the burden of repairing expenses due to the damage of the vehicle of the branchr, the return of approval on overtime allowances related to overtime allowances, and the issue of installment payments for automobiles and payment.
