Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:30 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant collected a knife (the total length of 30cm, the knife length of 18cc) which is a dangerous object while the Defendant had a verbal dispute with the victim at the home of the victim C(the age of 55) in Yongcheon-si B apartment 101, 1029, and 1029.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
