1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On the premise, C in criminal proceedings against C, while working as the president of the Plaintiff Association, was instructed from June 2009 to August 2009 to cancel three fixed deposit accounts, such as the Plaintiff’s bank account (Account Number E), etc. with which the Plaintiff was in charge, and transferred KRW 5 billion in the sum deposited in the account to the foreign bank account under the Plaintiff’s name. On November 2009, as if the Association’s payment of the purchase amount was made, it was made and processed with false slips and accounts. On April 26, 2010, in collusion with F, at the branch of the office of the office of the Bank of Korea located in Samsung-dong, Seoul, Seoul, for the purpose of the Plaintiff, to arbitrarily deposit KRW 150,5750,00 which was deposited in the bank account (Account Number G) with the Plaintiff, and then deposited KRW 5 billion in the Plaintiff’s personal investment account from the time on which the Plaintiff’s personal investment deposit was made.

On October 18, 2013, the first instance court convicted the Seoul Central District Court 2013 Gohap495, and sentenced the Defendant to four years of imprisonment with prison labor, which read, “The first instance court arbitrarily consumed and embezzled KRW 2,918,481,08 in total eight times from April 26, 2010 to June 25, 2010,” among the facts charged, that “The Defendant has embezzled KRW 2,918,488 in total,” and C is a pending trial in the appellate court as Seoul High Court 2013No3292.

Among each real estate listed in the separate sheet in the name of the defendant, who is the wife of the registration relationship C (hereinafter referred to as "the real estate of this case"), the "registration date" as the relevant cause for registration stated in the "registration cause" column in the following table among the relevant real estate in the name of the defendant as the wife of the registration relationship C was completed at the relevant time.
