Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 1, 2010, the Defendant was subject to juvenile protective disposition due to special larceny, etc. on October 31, 201, and was subject to juvenile protective disposition on several occasions due to special larceny, etc. on October 31, 201, and on July 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny in the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Detention House on August 20, 2015.

1. On January 17, 2016, the Defendant habitually stolen and intruded into a structure, following the opening of “EM” operated by the victim D in Chuncheon-si (hereinafter “EM”) around 15:58 on January 17, 2016, and had approximately KRW 5 million in cash, which is one of the victims, at the credit cooperative located in the location.
In addition, the Defendant, from September 13, 2015 to January 17, 2016, had the total amount of KRW 12,380,00,00, which is the victims’ possession, through the same six times, as shown in [Attachment Table 1, 2, 5, 7, 14, and 15] between them.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolens the victims' property and intrudes the victims' office (not including 15 times).
2. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant who habitually intruded on a structure at night is pretending to be a customer to the “H convenience store” working for the victim G in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and intrudes into the victim’s office by using a gap in surveillance of the victim, and 5.10,000 won in cash managed by the victim at the safe located in that place.
In addition, the Defendant had cash amounting to KRW 5,312,70 in total, which was managed by the victims in the same manner nine times, as described in the list of crimes Nos. 3, 4, 6, 8, and 13 from December 31, 2015 to January 16, 2016.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually invadedd the structure managed by the victims at night, and stolen the property.
