1. For the plaintiffs:
A. Defendant C indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, and 5 among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
Reasons
1. In addition to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 and the result of appraiser E’s survey and appraisal, the plaintiffs concluded a sales contract to purchase the real estate indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from F on December 20, 206, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 27, 2006 (ownership of 1/2 each), and the defendants C connected each of the above points 5, 6, 7, 8, and 5 [Attachment No. 2] among the instant real estate from September 203, 203, on the ground surface of "No. 1,000, 200 square meters, 1,000 square meters, 1,0000 or 2, 2,0000 square meters, 3,000 square meters, 1,0000 or 1,000 square meters, 2,0000 square meters, 3,000 square meters, 2,0000.
According to the above facts, Defendant C is illegally occupying each of the above land by installing each of the above land’s illegal buildings and facilities on the ground of the above part of the land’s “A” without legitimate title. Thus, Defendant C is deemed to possess each of the above land unlawfully.
