A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률(명예훼손), 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률(음란물유포) 피고인은 2018. 12. 17.경 서울 강서구 B에 있는 C학교 입학관리부 사무실에서 인터넷 사이트 D(E)에 접속하여 '그이꺼 뿜뿜 ㅎㅎ 입안에서 요동쳐요"라는 글과 함께 남성의 성기를 물고 있는 피해자 F의 얼굴을 합성한 음란한 사진을 게시하는 등 2016. 9.경부터 2019. 1. 14.경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 총 17회에 걸쳐 피해자가 마치 문란한 성생활을 하는 여성인 것처럼 표현하는 허위내용의 글과 음란 사진을 배포함과 동시에 피해자의 명예를 훼손하였다.
