Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a private person (main state) D on behalf of the Defendant, E is subject to the Defendant’s punishment of a different class of death, F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) is a company that carries out H sale business in the G unit in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, and I is the representative director of F Co., Ltd.
On June 4, 2015, at the time of the Defendant’s entry into a contract with F for the sale by proxy, the Defendant started the sales by the said canal wells. Nevertheless, on January 3, 2018, the defendant submitted the above written complaint to police officers in the public service center of the Suwon-gu Police Station in Suwon-ro 199, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
In this respect, the defendant was committed for the purpose of having I and others receive criminal punishment.
