1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 21, 2006, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant; (b) agreed from the Defendant to receive payment in installments of KRW 500,000,000 each month from January 21, 2007 to April 2015; and (c) C guaranteed the Defendant’s above loan obligation against the Plaintiff.

B. The Plaintiff received a total of KRW 11,00,000 from the Defendant and C during the period from January 29, 2007 to March 23, 2009.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the remainder of the loan that remains after repayment to the Plaintiff (i.e., KRW 50,000,000 - KRW 11,000,000) and damages for delay.
