A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Public performance, obscenity and indecent act by compulsion;

A. On April 4, 2014, around 09:20 on April 4, 2014, the Defendant lying at the D University Library located in Gwangju Northern-gu, followed the victim E (e.g., 23 years of age) and committed an indecent act, such as “dial-a-a-a-a-a-the-job defect, dial-a-the-job defect, leaving his sexual organ out of the clothes, and scaming, etc., and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by spreading the victim’s chest and her chest by exposing the scam.

B. At around 09:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim G (at 20 years of age) in front of the Feminary in the vicinity of the said D University; (b) and (c) carried out an obscene act (e.g., cutting his sexual flag out of the clothes.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) from 09:00 to 10:05 on the same day, driven a 124CC motor bicycle with approximately one kilometer-free registration from the front of the I Public Notice Center, which is the Defendant’s residence located in Gwangju Northern-gu H, to the studio parking lot located in the same Dong through the roads around the above D University, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.085%.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, who is the owner of the above motorcycle, did not subscribe to mandatory insurance, and operated the above motorcycle at the same time and place as paragraph (2).
